With surrogate EFT tapping, you do the tapping on yourself while we focus on your child and what they may be experiencing.

Your child doesn’t need to be present, speak to us, or even live in the same country. You can tap on their behalf from wherever you are.

This approach can be used to support children of all ages — from babies through to adults.

How Surrogate EFT Works
During your 60-minute session, we’ll talk about your child and the emotions, anxieties or challenges you’d like to focus on. I’ll guide you through EFT tapping while you connect with your child’s situation.
You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have all the answers. Together, we’ll explore what you’re noticing and what feels important to address.
