1:1 EFT Tapping | Online

During a private EFT session, we’ll talk about whatever is troubling you. There is no need to analyse everything or spend time trying to understand why you feel the way you do. Instead, we’ll focus on what you’re experiencing right now.

As we talk, I’ll guide you through tapping on a series of acupressure points on your face and body. Using gentle questions, I’ll help you uncover the beliefs, emotions or memories that may be keeping you stuck, even if you’re not fully aware of them.

Once we’ve identified what is at the root of the problem, we’ll continue tapping to reduce the emotional intensity and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and emotional freedom.

How the Session Works

As we work together, I’ll ask questions to help narrow down what is really driving the issue. Quite often, the reason isn’t obvious at first. There may be several contributing factors, or your mind may have developed ways of protecting you that make it difficult to recognise the original cause.

Using EFT Tapping, we work through these one step at a time. As the emotional intensity reduces, people often find that old beliefs lose their grip, situations become easier to deal with, and new perspectives begin to emerge.

Session Options

You can book either a single EFT session or a block of up to 10 sessions, depending on the level of support you feel you need.

Session blocks are paid in advance and are often chosen by clients who want to work more consistently and create deeper, more sustained transformation over time.
